It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the artwork they send us for printing is correct and ready for production. Smartbuy will NOT be held responsible for any discrepancies between the received artwork and the final printed result if the file provided by the customer contains errors, omissions, deformations, low resolutions, or any other issues that may affect the quality of the print.
Therefore, we strongly recommend that you carefully review the file before sending it for production.
